Strategic review of CVRT System underway

The Road Safety Authority (RSA) is engaging in a strategic review of the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (CVRT) System. The review, which will be conducted by BearingPoint will consider a number aspects of CVRT including: assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the current testing arrangements in relation to road safety, quality and consistency of testing, service quality, and the accessibility of the existing network for customers.
