New Opel Movano breaks cover ahead of summer launch
The safety of occupants and other road users has been central to the development of the new Opel/Vauxhall Movano van, which broke cover last week.
A rear vision camera system, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warnings will all be available on the new Movano when it goes on sale this summer, while Side-Wind Assistant comes as standard on all models.
Improved connectivity has also been a focus in development and the new Movano will feature Opel’s/Vauxhall’s Navi 5.0 IntelliLink Pro infotainment system, which incorporates the likes of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
As the largest vehicle in Opel’s/Vauxhall’s portfolio, the Movano is available in four different lengths and three heights, carrying a maximum payload of up to 2110kg and 17m3 of cargo. This means that, in certain configurations, the van can transport up to five Euro pallets.
