New Isuzu dealership in North West

North-West motor retailers, Eakin Brothers, have this week opened its new purpose built Isuzu showroom facility at Maydown on the outskirts of Derry.

The 750sq metre building represents an investment of over £1m and occupies a prime two-acre site adjacent to the main A2 Derry – Coleraine dual carriageway.

The family firm is now in its 96th year and four generations are actively involved in the business which employs 35 local skilled staff.

Eakin Brothers are long-time Isuzu dealers and the new premises relocates the business from its Claudy base, some ten miles outside of Derry to the growing retail complex at Maydown. They are also agents for Brian James Trailers, while the expansive site supports a ‘Used Car Centre’ with display room for up to 60 vehicles.
