RecoTurbo focuses on turbochargers at Auto Trade EXPO

RecoTurbo re-manufactures turbochargers at its premises in Doncaster, UK. Its facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of testing and cleaning machinery, which includes a VSR balancing machine where the turbocharger is simulated to engine conditions by means of testing the turbo up to speeds of 220,000 rpm.

The second stage of testing is carried out on a Flow Test Bench where the variable geometry of the turbo is reset and calibrated to the original factory specifications.

The re-manufactured turbo is built to a new standard, where there is little difference visually between it and a new unit.
