New HGV and CV low-profile oil drain unit from Laser Tools

Laser Tools tell us that its new low-profile oil drain unit (part number 7228) is a great timesaver in the HGV and commercial vehicle workshop.

It is a fully portable, very low-profile oil drainage unit, castor-mounted and features an easy to use rotary pump for clean and safe emptying.

Laser Tools adds that its super-smooth 100mm nylon castors glide across the workshop floor and make it very easy to slide into position. The 65 litre capacity drain reservoir unit is constructed from high-impact polyethylene. The unit is less than 20cm deep and will easily fit under most HGVs and LGVs without any jacking-up and also includes handy storage spaces for oil filters and drain plugs at each corner.

Once finished, the reservoir is emptied by the hand-operated rotary pump, Laser Tools says that the two-metre discharge pipe will easily reach the waste oil tank, the steel discharge pipe designed to hook onto the waster tank filler.

The removable anti-splash screen prevents particles entering the reservoir and pump.
