New Communications Officer at Continental Tyres

Continental Tyre Group has announced the appointment of its new Communications Officer. Samara Edwards Amos will offer internal and external communications support across the UK and Ireland.

The role will see Samara supporting the Communications and Automotive Partnerships Manager, Mark Griffiths, with media enquires across Continental product lines.

Samara graduated from Kingston University in 2017 with a MA in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, where she studied a diverse range of communications-based topics including cross-cultural communications, PR and marketing. Prior to studying, Samara worked in Communications for a Local Authority.

Samara told us: “I am thrilled to support communications at Continental. The provides a lot of great opportunities for engaging with media around our products and services.”

Samara succeeds Samuel Kelly who has moved on to pursue a career in PR outside the motoring industry.
