Duo of Magna heavy duty tyres chosen for demanding job

Magna Tyres says that one of its customers in Spain is already using 18.00R33 Magna MA04 for its rigid dump trucks and are used in demanding circumstances for heavy transport purposes in a quarry.

Despite the intensive and frequent usage, that the tyres are perfectly and equally worn to the end of its life, according to Magna.

Magna says its MA04 tyre is specially designed for dump trucks in heavy-duty mining conditions. The tyre manufacturer adds that its MA04 has improved shoulder and sidewall protection which offers excellent resistance to damage, and different compounds are available to optimize performance for different applications.

Magna’s Spanish customer also decided to equip its loader with the 23.5R25 Magna MA01 tyre.

The Magna MA01 has been designed for use on wheel loaders, dozers, scrapers and graders. According to the company, an aggressive non-directional tread pattern provides superior traction in soft underfoot conditions, with a tread compound that provides excellent protection against cutting and abrasion.
