Continental to unveil full agri tyre portfolio to UK market

Continental Tyres will, for the first time, be participating at LAMMA, one of the UK’s largest agricultural and machinery shows, which will take place in Birmingham from January 8-9, 2019.

The technology company will unveil its full agricultural tyre portfolio spearheaded by the latest additions, TractorMaster and CombineMaster at the Continental booth 9.340 in hall 9.

The TractorMaster, an advanced tractor tyre and CombineMaster for combine harvesters complement the existing agricultural tyre portfolio around the standard Tractor70 and Tractor85 tyres. As with its standard companions, these new tyres are equipped with N.flex technology, with both TractorMaster and CombineMaster featuring with the new lug technology d.fine with a five per cent larger lug surface than standard tyres, for higher traction and reduced operating costs. Developed for the front wheels of combine harvesters, the hexa bead design of the CombineMaster ensures no slippage on rim thanks to its strong and compact bead core.

All Continental Agricultural tyres are manufactured with state-of-the-art technology in Lousado, Portugal. The new manufacturing site was opened last autumn. It also comprises a new R&D and test centre.
