Synergy VRSI Ltd., the distributors of the Akzo Nobel range of paints in Ireland has opened a new Trade Counter at its premises in Avonbeg Industrial Estate on the Longmile Road in Dublin 12.
Synergy VRSI took the decision to open the Trade Counter in response to the recent closure of a prominent Motor Factor on the south side of the city which supplied Synergy’s AkzoNobel range to the trade. The decisive action was taken to ensure continuity of supply to the company’s customers and to meet today’s dynamic market demands.
The new Trade Counter is now supplying bodyshops in Dublin and surrounding counties with the Sikkens, Lesonal, Dynacoat and Mason CT paint ranges and a full programme of select consumables from leading brands such as JTape, Sagola, and Indasa.
Peter Daly, Managing Director, Synergy VRSI commented: “We now have an enhanced and very strong offering to local bodyshops and we have also added a local delivery van to our armoury for quick rapid response to satisfy our customers’ daily requirements. ”
He added: “We have managed to retain all customers and have taken on new staff Damien Kavanagh and Peter Gahan to manage and drive this part of the business. My team in Synergy were incredible! Lead by National Sales Manager Karl Walsh and with the support of our partner company, staff in the Top Part Group who worked over the weekend to have our new trade counter and trade mixing facility open and ready to serve our customers in just 48 hours! This was an incredible achievement and is all down to an incredible team of people living our philosophy of growing together and success through partnership.”
