Valspar Automotive boosts Prospray range

Valspar Automotive has demonstrated its dedication to the Prospray refinish system with a series of major changes and investments aimed at boosting the quality of this growing brand.

At the start of 2017 Valspar made the confident move of transferring all production of Prospray products to its state of the art facilities in Lelystad, Netherlands. The factory is fully certified to the latest quality and environmental standards (ISO 9001 and ISO14001). This means Valspar will have even tighter control of performance, helping to boost consistency for all Prospray products.

Moving Prospray closer into the Valspar family also means the company can improve its service to customers in terms of R&D, colour and technical support.

Dipan Haria, Valspar’s Commercial Director, Automotive, EMEA, confirms: “We are continuously raising standards to meet today’s market needs with the aim of delivering a world class experience for our customers. Prospray is a global automotive refinishes brand and this investment highlights our commitment to its future.”

He continues: “These investments will help us to keep improving the related colour tools and colour IT systems, as well as continuously developing new colour formulations.”

Later this year Valspar will open a brand new Colour Laboratory to further strengthen its position as a leader in the automotive refinishes market.
