Automechanika Birmingham shortlisted for four industry awards

After an overwhelming inaugural event in 2016, Automechanika Birmingham is set to be 70 per cent bigger and host over 800 exhibitors for the second edition of the UK’s leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket and supply chain at the NEC June 6-8.

From fast growth and a staggeringly positive response from the automotive industry, the large event has now been recognised as a contender for four awards at the prestigious AEO (Association of Event Organisers Ltd) Excellence Awards, on June 16. Automechanika Birmingham has been shortlisted for Best Trade Show Launch, Organiser Team of the Year, Best UK Trade Show over 2000sqm and The Innovation Award.

At the end of March 2017, Automechanika Birmingham scooped two industry accolades at the Exhibition News Awards. The organisers took home awards for expanding the Automechanika brand and for the best UK trade show newcomer.
