Auto Meter Technologies launches wireless battery tester
A new exhibitor at the CV Show, Auto Meter Technologies, will be showing its BVA-460
electrical system analyser on their stand (4D83), which offers operators live alternator, battery and starter data.
The analyser comes with a wireless tablet control module and Wi-Fi test result download capability via AMPNET, its proprietary online electrical system test data storage tool.
The BVA-460 and AMPNET products are ideal for commercial vehicle operators and service centres that require high accuracy test data and wish to be able to access it remotely, both on the web and via email. The real benefit to operators and service centres is in minimising vehicle downtime and maximising return on investment.
In addition to the test equipment product range, Auto Meter will be demonstrating its new range of SAE J1939 CAN series gauges that provide crisp, clear through-the-dial LED illumination with high contrast illuminated pointers for 22 different CAN data channels.
Ruggedly built for use in any application or environment, these gauges are suitable for use in both original equipment and aftermarket applications.
Auto Meter has manufactured and supplied electrical system test equipment and instrumentation in North America since 1957, with customers including vehicle manufacturers, fleet operators, service centres and garage equipment suppliers.
