New Repair Time feature on Hella WebCat

Hella Ireland has added a new Repair Time Feature on WebCat.

Webcat now boasts a new addition called “Repair Time Feature” which allows you to accurately quote the price of a job as it gives you the time required to change the part, taking out the guess-work on your behalf!

Repair Times are given for most maintenance jobs, i.e. servicing and also specific repairs such as timing belt removal and installation, clutch removal and replacemen, replacing shock absorbers etc.

All Repair Times are from vehicle manufacturers’ official repair times. With the Hella Webcat version you can adjust “time factor” and “labour rate” to your own settings so they reflect your company preference.

Use the “save” function to keep a copy of your quotation and by using the car registration of your customer’s car you can easily recall the quotation from the Webcat history and see exactly when and what you quoted for.

Used in conjunction with HGS Data you can actually get a complete detailed breakdown of the work involved and also get information on any special equipment that may be required.
