Trico, is predicting significant growth in aftermarket wiper sales over the coming twelve months. The company also has strong and growing original equipment contracts including most recently with Maserati, Range-Rover, Mercedes-Benz, PSA and Scania, the latter covering the important commercial vehicle market where Trico has a strong base.
For the aftermarket the company is reintroducing the ExactFit range of blades which proved to be very popular with trade customers seen as the “blade for the trade”. The latest version comes as a Factory Replacement Centre range, providing original factory quality and performance. Available for front or rear blade replacement fitting 99% of the European car parc, with no adaptors needed, simplifying the sale and fitment.
An important element of the Trico marketing programme will be the enhanced support for its trade customers. This will include application data constantly up-dated and available at www.Trico.eu.com plus available on MAM Autocat and TecDoc. Mobile enabled vehicle look-up using QR code technology. Competitor cross referencing against the full Trico ranges of products. A combined catalogue for all ranges is available and the company will also supply data for use in customers own catalogues.
Trico advertising will be focussed on driving business to its trade customers with particular reference to new and revamped, higher value, premium lines. The company will also provide top quality point of sale and mechanising support.
