Appsoft to launch two new models at CV Show

Appsoft’s award-winning fleet and workshop management system, Accelerator, will launch two new modules, Go Workshop and Go Fleet, at the CV Show in Birmingham next month.

Designed in consultation with workshop managers, Go Workshop replaces the Accelerator ‘bar code’ job-clocking module with an even simpler user interface, allowing technicians to record their time, work done and corrective actions on a PC, touchscreen or tablet. Unlike many systems, it allows technicians to add vehicles and set up new jobs during weekends and out-of-hours shifts.
When booking a new job, Go Workshop automatically highlights outstanding defects, reminders and inspection faults already logged in the Accelerator system.

Go Fleet is a live dashboard for fleets. It provides up-to-date information on vehicles available, allocated or in the workshop, vehicle-off-road status and recovery requests, due and overdue reminders, defects reports, outstanding inspection faults and service bookings.

AppSoft’s Commercial Director, Graham Helliwell, said, “Both modules give users easy access to accurate, up-to-date information, saving them time and making their companies as efficient as possible.

“Go Workshop means fewer workshop visits per vehicle and improved vehicle road time. Go Fleet ensures a fleet operator misses no changes, alerts or other important information.’’
