Innovative truck alignment system to debut at CV Show

Leading wheel alignment specialist Pro-Align has selected April’s Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC, Birmingham, for the UK and Ireland debut of its new Hunter CV wheel alignment system.
Having developed an enviable reputation in the car sector for innovative alignment systems, Pro-Align recently announced its intentions to move into the commercial vehicle sector. It plans to help truck, bus and heavy vehicle fleet operators check their wheel alignment regularly and more easily than ever before in order to lower their fuel bills and emissions, extend tyre life and improve vehicle safety.

“We’re incredibly excited about bringing our new Hunter CV alignment system to the NEC,” comments Brett Hickey, commercial vehicle specialist for Pro-Align. “The new equipment incorporates some game changing technology that will dramatically speed up the alignment process for operators and workshops, making it faster and more efficient than ever before. Consequently, we expect there to be a great deal of interest in this new product.”

Pro-Align is the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor of the multi-award winning Hunter range of complete wheel servicing equipment which includes aligners, vehicle lifts and ramps and advanced tyre changers and balancers. While the launch of the new system marks the start of its commercial vehicle operations in the UK and ireland, it already works closely with many motor manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, Ford and Renault.

“Shrewd vehicle operators are looking for every possible opportunity to reduce their running costs,” adds Hickey. “As we’ll demonstrate at the show, regular wheel alignment checks should be an integral element of this.”
