Ford outlines 2015 offers on top-selling commercials
Ford has moved to further strengthen its position as Ireland’s market leader for commercial vehicles with a range of ‘151’ offers on some of the country’s top-selling models including the all new Ford Transit and Transit Connect.
The 2015 Go Further Sales Event gives commercial customers an opportunity to order the all new Ford Transit or Transit Connect for January delivery. Ford Ireland says that each comes with a range of one-off extras including an exceptionally low APR from participating Ford dealers, and of course lending criteria, terms and conditions apply to this. Additional specification features are also being added as part of this offer.
In addition, for the full Transit range: Transit Courier, Transit Connect, Transit Custom and 2 Tonne Transit – road tax for the first year is free (to the value of €333 ex. VAT provided vehicle is registered by Jan. 31). The sale ends on 30 November.
Transit Connect
The hugely popular Ford Transit Connect is available from €15,700 ex-works and includes features such as a single side load door; 16” wheels with centre caps; load box light; Bluetooth and more. Plus it also comes with one year free road tax and a low rate of 5.9% APR finance offer.
All New Ford Transit
Ireland’s all-time best-selling van, meanwhile, is available with one year free road tax, 4 years free warranty and a very low 3.9% APR finance offer. The All New Ford Transit comes with a list of features including an 8-way adjustable driver’s seat with armrest; dual passenger’s seat with under-seat storage; two 12V power points; Bluetooth; and fold out front passenger seat table – all from only €25,300 ex-works.
Transit Courier
The new Ford Transit Courier is available from €13,990 ex-works, with one year free road tax and a low rate of 5.9% APR finance. With best in class fuel efficiency (based on a 1.6 litre TDCi 95PS with Auto Start-Stop technology allied to a 100kmh Speed Limiter) and load capacity, Transit Courier includes features such as 15” wheels with centre caps; Bluetooth and daytime running lights.
With commercial vehicle sales in strong recovery mode, the 2015 Go Further Sales Event offers are widely expected to provide a further boost to the resurgent market while consolidating Ford’s status as the go-to brand for large and small companies alike.
