How far would you go for your charity?

Well known motor industry personality, Frank Byrnes of Frank Byrnes Autobody Repairs is poised to run 100km in a day in an effort to raise funds for a local charity.

On Saturday June 14, in Portumna Forest Park, Galway, Frank is set to run 20 laps of a 5km course to raise funds for Galway Parkinson’s Association.

Galway Parkinson’s Association is a support group for people with Parkinson’s Disease in Galway city and county. The association, which also covers parts of Mayo and Clare depends on the good will of people to raise funds to help provide services to its members. The association does not benefit from state funding.
