Volkswagen controls 98.19 per cent of Scania

Volkswagen says it now controls 98.19 per cent of shares in Scania and 99.02 per cent of voting rights in the Swedish truck manufacturer.

Volkswagen had previously said that its €6.7 billion euro offer for Scania had been accepted by most remaining smaller shareholders.
