Mercedes-Benz Commercials off to a flying start

It has been a positive start to the year for Mercedes-Benz commercials with a number of truck and van deliveries in the month of January.

Tesco has strengthened its fleet with the addition of eight new Mercedes-Benz Axor 1824 units for distributing dry and chilled foods to Tesco Express stores in Dublin and surrounding areas where an articulated truck cannot gain access.

Wicklow firm, King Tree Services, who specialise in the care and maintenance of trees, has taken delivery of a unique Mercedes-Benz Atego 1318 4×4 with a body specially built by Timmons Engineering of Camolin.

Van deliveries include Bord Bia multi-award winning family operated nursery, Rentes Plants in Kildare who have received the first new Euro 6 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 519 van complete with a specialised box body built by McCleans of Kingswood and a Dhollandia tail lift supplied by Ballinlough.

All vehicles were supplied by MUTEC.
