Actros is truck of choice for Kilsaran

Ireland’s largest producer and distributor of concrete products, Dunboyne-based Kilsaran, took delivery of its first ever Mercedes-Benz trucks – four Actros tractor units, finished in a distinctive, newly designed, eye-catching silver livery with the Kilsaran trademark displayed on the cab.

Supplied by MUTEC, the 2545 Actros 6×2 tractor units will run at 46 tonnes and will be put to work distributing their Paving and Walling products between Kilsaran’s headquarters in Dunboyne and its customers across the country.

Founded in 1964, Kilsaran celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and continues to be a family-owned business. A member of the Guaranteed Irish family of brands and known to produce the largest selection of quality construction products in Europe, Kilsaran employs over 200 staff in Ireland and operates sixteen nationwide production facilities.
