Blue Print wins IAAF ‘Supplier of Excellence’ award
The IAAF is the FIGIEFA representative body for all aftermarket suppliers, distributors and workshops in the United Kingdom. It serves, strengthens and promotes the independent aftermarket for the benefit of the consumer, and protects its members by lobbying on their behalf against any threat or issue affecting the aftermarket industry.
The IAAF ‘Supplier of Excellence’ award is the only one of its type in the United Kingdom which is representative of the whole industry, and is the award that every supplier strives to win. Each business painstakingly presents their case by completing a specific document provided by the IAAF, which is designed to probe and reveal what that business has done to be worthy of the title ‘Supplier of Excellence’ – the entries are anonymous to ensure total impartiality and are then judged by a panel of industry experts.
This award demonstrates to distributors across the globe that Blue Print invests in business infrastructure, people and information technology systems to excel in customer service; that it strives to achieve the highest levels of order fill; that it completes regular and detailed pricing reviews to ensure Blue Print is always competitive and most importantly of all, it invests heavily in ensuring that all Blue Print products are of the highest quality – together, these factors make Blue Print the first choice for parts for Asian and American vehicles.
