Canter hybrid picks up best energy efficient product award

The all-new Canter Eco Hybrid from FUSO Trucks was crowned Best Energy Efficient Product at the SEAI Energy Show 2013, an event which showcases leading suppliers of sustainable energy products and services from Ireland and Europe.


The awards were established to recognise, reward and encourage the development and introduction of smart energy solutions into the Irish market, with over 150 companies participating in the 2013 Energy Show.

Entries were subjected to a rigorous assessment by a panel of highly-qualified and experienced energy professionals.

Gerard Rice, Managing Director of FUSO Trucks Ireland, expressed his delight with the award by commenting: “The new Canter Eco Hybrid is one of the most economical, environmentally friendly and commercially viable vehicles on the market. This award, along with the award of Irish Green Commercial of the Year which the Canter Hybrid also holds, is a very strong endorsement of those credentials.”
